I have decided to use this blog to keep everyone updated with changes to my sites. My primary focus will be for my hosting and design site.R&R Express Designs. I do have quite a few sites and hope to make a page here just to list them.
The first and most important issue is regarding the hosting. I do realize that people have life happen to them. I have been there also. But what everyone doesn't seem to understand is that if the server payment is not made monthly, then all of the sites will go down. If you don't make your monthly payment then you are counting on someone else covering for you. This is unacceptable. Paying your hosting bill is no different than any other monthly bill.
I had hoped to be able to keep this a low key business. Most hosting companies, if you don't pay your bill by the time it is due, you might have 5-10 days grace, but your sites will go down with no notice. I once had a site hosted somewhere that if it was not paid on the due date, the site was suspended immediately. As it is I give you a month and this is still taken advantage of.
If your site shows as suspended - then you need to pay your bill. I will be taking down about 6 sites tomorrow for non-payment. Don't let this happen to you.
